NEXT Water Base Primer

NEXT Primer is a water based primer based on acrylic co-polymer. It has good alkali resistance, sealing and binding properties and it is recommended for use for internal and external walls. Next Multi-Surface Stain-Blocking Primer and Sealer is an interior/exterior water-based primer that can be used under any paint sheen. It contains rust-inhibitive properties that helps resist corrosion. This primer blocks medium to heavy stains and is tint able for dramatic color changes. This is also a low odor, zero VOC formula. The self-leveling acrylic blend helps create a uniform topcoat sheen.

Alkali Resistant Primer is a water-based acrylic primer that provides an excellent base for topcoats on exterior surfaces like cement, concrete, and brick. It has good penetrating properties and dries to a white color.

Recommended use:

Ideal as primer for exterior and interior surfaces like walls, ceilings, partition, etc Substrates, Concrete, masonry, cement rendering, plaster, etc Next primer can be applied by spray, brush, or roller and has a drying time of 1-10 hours depending on conditions.

Surface preparation:

The substrate must be sound, clean, free from dust, oil, grease and laitance etc. All traces of release agents must be removed. On chalky and dusty surfaces, all loose material must be removed by stiff bristle brushing.
